This year’s Home Improvements Awards saw bespoke bathrooms, kitchens and bedroom specialist DM Design bag the Best Bedroom Company award, walking away with the prestigious award for the second year in a row.
DM Design’s selection of over 100,000 offerings in room designs across bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens is driven by an operational history which goes back more than 30 years, something which undeniably made for a major contributing factor to the company bagging the award again.
Showrooms situated in East Kilbride Shopping Centre, Dobbies Breahead, Aberdeen, Livingston, and Cumbernauld all house the company’s award-winning designs, making them available all across Scotland.
Following the successful award ceremonies in 2015 and 2016, 2017 made for a brand new chance for entrants to battle it out for the Home Improvement Awards, with 1,000 entries coming in from all across Scotland. Each entrant was competing for nomination in their chosen category and the stakes were sky high! Customers voted, tasked with making selections of the companies that would ultimately feature on the shortlist and DM Design was proud to feature on the shortlist.
Earlier this month, the Marriot Hotel in Glasgow hosted the gathering of the finalists.
Speaking about the evening itself and the award, Donald Macleod said: “DM Design is delighted to be awarded the Best Bedroom Company award for the second year running at the Home Improvement Awards 2017. Our team are constantly looking at ways to innovate and move forward into the future of bedroom design.”
Brimming with gratitude, Mr. Macleod continued: “By staying ahead of our competition, and making sure our customers always come first, this is what makes awards like this possible. I’d like to thank all our hard working staff at DM Design, the Home Improvement Awards, the sponsors, and most importantly of all – our customers! I’m already looking forward to next year’s awards ceremony.”
